Dear Brother Allen:

On behalf of the Public Affairs and Religious Liberty Department of the world Seventh-day Adventist Church, I would like to congratulate you on your new position as Governor General of Jamaica.  It is a great honor for the world church to have one of its leaders given the responsibility of serving his country in the nation’s highest office.  We pray God will bless your new ministry, knowing you are walking in the steps of Joseph, Daniel, Ezra, and Nehemiah.

I hope to visit you in the near future in your new position.  I will have the privilege to call you, not only Brother Allen, because you will always be for us Brother Allen, but “Your Excellency, Mr Governor General.”

Sincerely,

John Graz, Director
